刚拿到账号别乱动 先做好这三件事

很多人一买到账号就急着加群发消息，这种操作最容易触发系统警报。你需要在登录后的前24小时内完全静默，不要发送任何消息，也不要加入群组。先打开设置，把默认头像换成一张普通的风景图或者动物照片，再把昵称改成正常的中文名字。

接下来必须马上去设置两步验证。找到隐私与安全选项，开启两步验证功能，设置一个复杂的密码，并绑定一个你自己常用的邮箱。这个步骤能防止账号被原主人找回，也能避免系统误判账号被盗。

别在陌生设备上登录

Telegram的系统会记录每个账号的登录设备和网络IP。如果你今天在手机登录，明天用电脑登录，后天又换个地方用平板登录，系统会认为账号存在异常行为。最好固定在一个设备上使用，比如只装在备用手机上。

如果实在需要换设备，不要直接输入验证码登录。先打开原设备的Telegram，找到设备管理功能，用扫码方式登录新设备。这样可以保持登录链条的连续性，降低被判定为异地登录的风险。

加群聊别太贪心

更不要主动去私聊群里的陌生人。如果你刚加入群组就去给成员发私信，很容易被对方举报。一次举报或许没事，但三天内被举报超过五次，账号基本必封。先潜水观察至少一周，再考虑是否参与互动。

别碰自动发消息的工具

有些人买了账号后想用它来群发广告，于是找各种自动化工具来帮忙。Telegram有专门的反垃圾系统，能检测到异常的消息发送频率。如果你用工具在一分钟内发送超过十条消息，系统会立刻限制账号功能。

所有操作都必须手动完成。就算要发消息给客户，也要一个一个复制粘贴发送，中间间隔至少两分钟。如果你实在想提高效率，可以准备十个不同的文案轮流使用，但绝对不要用复制粘贴的重复内容。

定期检查登录记录

每个月至少检查一次你的账号登录情况。打开设置里的活跃会话功能，看看有没有你不认识的设备或者陌生的IP地址。如果发现异常，立即点击终止所有会话，然后马上修改密码。

检查时重点关注那些来自不同国家或地区的IP。比如你人在北京，但登录记录里出现了上海的IP，这可能是正常的。但如果出现了泰国、印尼等国家的IP，说明账号可能已经被别人登录过，需要立刻处理。

被冻结了别乱申诉

万一账号真的被冻结，千万不要反复提交申诉。第一次申诉后等待二十四小时，如果解封了就正常运行。如果没解封，再等一周后第二次申诉。系统会自动处理大部分临时冻结，时间到了就会解除。

申诉时一定要用绑定的邮箱发送，邮件里写清楚账号的注册时间、常用设备型号和最后一次正常使用时间。不要写太多废话，更不要编造虚假信息。如果被系统发现信息不实，账号会被永久封禁，那时候谁也救不回来。
